Modules: switch the suite on à la carte
Settings → Modules - one page of cards for every part of CreekPOS Online, what each includes and how it is priced, switching a module on and off, what it needs first, add-ons and their prices, and what changes in the menus.
What it is
CreekPOS Online is one account that grows into a suite. A kiosk starts with selling; a café adds the online menu and tables; a trading company adds Stock, Procurement and Warehouses; an owner with several companies adds a group. Each of these is a module of the same app: the same login, the same bill, the same products, customers, suppliers, branches and team. There is nothing to install.
Settings → Modules shows every module as a card, and you switch them on and off there. It is for managers; add-ons are the owner's. The buy-once desktop program has no Modules page.

A module's card
Each card shows the module's name, what it includes, how it is priced and its state:
- Always on: Sales and Till.
- A switch: the module is yours; switch it on or off.
- Included from … with Upgrade: your plan does not have it; the card names the plan that does, and Upgrade opens Billing → Change plan.
- An add-on: its monthly price, or Price to be announced. The owner buys it with Buy the add-on (Billing → Plan → Add-on modules) and can cancel it there any time; or write to us on WhatsApp.
Procurement and Warehouses are included in Online Restaurant and Chain and are an add-on for Online Retail at AED 49 a month each, before VAT. Projects (AED 49 a month before VAT) and Fixed assets (AED 29 a month before VAT) are add-ons for Online Retail too, and included in Online Restaurant and Chain; Fixed assets needs Books, which comes with Online Restaurant and Chain. Consolidation is part of Online Chain. A trial has everything of the Restaurant plan, Procurement, Warehouses, Projects and Fixed assets included.
Switching on and off
Switching a module off hides its pages from the menus and from the quick search (Ctrl+K). Nothing is deleted: switch it on again and everything is where you left it. Opening a page of a switched-off module leads to its card.
A module that needs another one says so: Procurement and Warehouses need Stock and Purchasing, Jobs and Projects need Customers, Fixed assets needs Books. Switch the needed module on first; a module that another one still needs cannot be switched off.
The switches belong to the branch you are in. On the Chain plan, switching a module off in one branch leaves the other branches as they are.
Where modules show
- Today, the home page, has a row of the modules that are on, each one a shortcut to its first page.
- Billing lists the add-on modules you have, and Billing → Plan → Add-on modules sells them.
- A page your plan does not include still shows a lock and the plan it needs.
