Pricing questions
Online or the program — which should I pay for?
One shop, one or two registers, and you want to pay once and own it: the program. You are often away from the shop, you have several registers or branches, or you never want to think about backups: CreekPOS Online. The "Which one?" page asks four questions and tells you.
What does "per register" mean?
One program licence per PC that sells. A kitchen screen, a customer display or a phone used for management does not need a licence.
Is hardware included?
No. You can use the hardware you have — any thermal printer, drawer and USB scanner — or we can quote a bundle. On-site setup is quoted separately too.
Do I need the support plan to keep selling?
No. The program is yours; it keeps working for ever without any plan. The plan buys priority support and new versions.
What happens when the trial ends?
On the PC the program asks for a key; your data stays as it is. Online the account goes read-only until you pick a plan; exports keep working.
Can I move from the program to CreekPOS Online, or back?
Yes, both ways, with one export file. Nothing on the old side changes.
What if I pay late online?
A grace period with a banner, then read-only: reports and exports still work, selling pauses until payment. Your data is yours throughout.
