Permissions stay in control
Owners issue scoped developer keys, optionally restricted to a branch. The underlying module still enforces entitlement, user permissions, record versions and business rules. Revoke keys when an integration no longer needs access.
Connect your own AI
The customer MCP connection lets a compatible AI client use the tools you authorize for your business. AI access and developer API keys are separate credentials; neither is a customer-portal login.
Open the suite’s Developer page for keys and the API guide. Use Connect your AI for MCP. Keep credentials on a trusted server, select only necessary scopes and use idempotency keys for supported writes.
Access depends on your plan, enabled modules and granted scopes. This page describes the released allowlist; it does not promise access to every internal endpoint.
