Each partner gets its own partner code: a coupon code the customer types at sign-up, or a link that carries it. You see nothing technical.

We do. The customer subscribes to CreekPOS Online, or buys the desktop licence, from us and pays us directly. You never collect money for us; your share comes from us each quarter.

No. There is no exclusivity: you can keep selling other systems, and other partners can sell CreekPOS in your area.
No. There is no minimum number of customers and no target.
Resellers register the shops they are working with. The first partner to register a shop keeps it. Referrals and member sign-ups are tracked by the partner code the customer uses.
Quarterly, by bank transfer, against an invoice you send us. A recurring share (30% for resellers, 15% for referral partners who choose it) is paid for as long as the customer keeps paying.
