Questions become real work
Customers open Support tickets, reply to portal messages, request a service and approve a quoted estimate. The same records appear in your team’s modules; internal notes and costs stay private.
Documents and payments
Open shared quotes and invoices, print available receipts, and pay eligible Books invoices through your configured Paymob connection. Receipt links can also offer reordering or return requests when you enable those options.
Buy the add-on in Billing → Plan, enable it in Settings → Modules, then open Customer Portal. Choose the customer, confirm their email, select the sections to share and send them the private link. You can revoke access immediately.
Pricing
AED 69 per workspace per month, before VAT. Separate purchase; not included in a base plan or its free trial. Buy in Billing → Plan, then enable it in Settings → Modules.
Requires a base plan with Customers enabled. Each connected source module must also be available and enabled. No charge per customer login. The portal is purchased separately from the base plan and trial.
