A shop changes as it grows: a second outlet, a back store, an accountant, a supplier who wants quotes. In CreekPOS Online each of these is a module of the same account, switched on in one page, Settings → Modules. Nothing to install, one login, one bill.
Picture a cafeteria in Al Barsha. The first year it needs a till, a receipt printer and a list of sandwiches. The second year it adds an online menu and a few tables. In the third, the owner opens a second outlet near the metro, rents a small store for the dry goods, and his accountant asks for the books every month.
Most shops in that position end up with a pile of separate programs: one for the till, one for stock, one for accounts, one for staff. Each has its own login, its own bill and its own copy of the product list, and none of them agrees with the others at the end of the month.
One account, switched on piece by piece
CreekPOS Online works the other way round. It is one account that grows into a suite. Each part of the business is a module of the same app: the same login, the same bill, the same products, customers, suppliers, branches and team. When you need a new part, you switch it on. There is nothing to install and nothing to copy across.
All of it is on one page: Settings → Modules. Every module is a card that says what it includes, how it is priced and whether it is on:
- Sales and Till, always on;
- Stock and Purchasing, Customers and Loyalty, Jobs and the Credit Book;
- Books (accounting), HR and Payroll, Bookings;
- Online Shop, Menus and Screens, the Front Desk on WhatsApp, Connections to your accounting program and payments, and AI (Ask your shop, the invoice reader, Connect your AI);
- and the new ones for shops that grow into trading businesses: Procurement, Warehouses and Consolidation.
What a card tells you
A module that is yours has a switch. A module your plan does not include shows the plan it is included from, with an Upgrade button. An add-on shows its monthly price, or "Price to be announced": Procurement and Warehouses, for example, are included in Online Restaurant and Chain and are an add-on for Online Retail at AED 49 a month each, before VAT; so are Projects (AED 49) and Fixed assets (AED 29; it needs Books, which comes with Online Restaurant and Chain). The owner buys an add-on with Buy the add-on, on Billing → Plan, and can cancel it there any time; or ask us on WhatsApp.
Some modules need another one first, and the card says so: Procurement and Warehouses need Stock and Purchasing; Jobs needs Customers.
Off means out of the way
Switching a module off does not delete anything. Its pages simply leave the menus and the quick search (Ctrl+K), so your cashiers see only what the shop uses. Switch it on again and everything is where you left it.
The switches belong to the branch. On the Chain plan, the outlet by the metro can run without the online shop while the main branch keeps it on.
The home page, Today, shows a row of the modules that are on, each a shortcut to its first page. Billing lists the add-ons you have.
Start small
A sensible way to start: Sales and Till plus Stock in the first week. Customers and the credit book when regulars start asking for "the usual, on account". Books when your accountant asks for the month. Procurement and Warehouses when you have buyers, a back store or a warehouse. Each step is a switch, not a migration.
The Modules page is in every plan of CreekPOS Online. It is not in the buy-once desktop program. See the ERP page and the manual chapter on modules.
