Getting quotes usually means calls, voice notes and prices scribbled on a box. With Procurement, each supplier gets its own link, types its price and delivery date on the phone, and you see every quote side by side, the cheapest per line marked. One tap turns the best quote into the order.
Ramadan is three weeks away, and a grocery in Karama needs a large order of dates, rice, oil and juice. The owner calls one supplier, sends a voice note to another, and gets a photo of a handwritten price list from a third. By the evening he has three answers in three formats, two of them missing half the items, and he still has to work out which is cheaper.
With Procurement in CreekPOS Online, an approved purchase request can go out for quotes before you order. Choose up to eight suppliers. Each one gets its own signed link: press Send on WhatsApp and your own WhatsApp opens with the message ready in the supplier's language, or copy the link into any message. We do not e-mail the links for you: they go from your phone, to people who know your number.
The supplier opens the link on the phone. There is nothing to install and no account to make. The page shows your shop's name and the lines with the quantities you need, never your costs. For each line the supplier types its price and how many it can deliver, then a delivery date, a name and a message. Until you pick, a supplier can send a new quote that replaces its first one.

A supplier who cannot deliver the dates leaves that line empty, and you see at a glance who covers the whole order.
Press Pick on a quote and the purchase order is made to that supplier at its quoted prices and quantities, with its delivery date. Its quoted prices also become that supplier's next price list, so the next request and the receiving use them, and the cost-rise warning compares against them.
You can withdraw one supplier's link, or cancel the round and go back to the approved request. A link that was withdrawn, or of a request already picked, simply says it does not work any more.
Three quotes for the Ramadan order take minutes instead of a day, and the comparison is exact rather than guessed from a photo. Over a year, the habit of asking two or three suppliers for the bigger orders keeps everyone's prices honest.
