Settle the account
Record the balance paid, deposit returned, invoice credit or refund. Shared customer accounts and enabled Books stay linked.
Each add-on has its own switch and team permissions. Connections use the same customer, stock and account records when the relevant modules are enabled. Cancelling an add-on keeps its records for reactivation.
Pricing
AED 69 per workspace per month, before VAT. Separate purchase; not included in a base plan or its free trial. Buy in Billing → Plan, then enable it in Settings → Modules.
Services and Rentals require a base plan with Customers enabled. Other connections are optional. HR-only plans are not eligible.
Payments, refunds and customer replies are recorded here after they happen; these actions do not charge a card, move funds or send a message.
