Each submission keeps its form version and answers. Review, accept or reject it without changing older submissions.
Connect the next action
With Automations enabled, an accepted submission can create a support ticket or service order. Forms are filled inside the signed-in workspace.
Each add-on has its own switch and team permissions. Connections use the same customer, stock and account records when the relevant modules are enabled. Cancelling an add-on keeps its records for reactivation.
Pricing
AED 29 per workspace per month, before VAT. Separate purchase; not included in a base plan or its free trial. Buy in Billing → Plan, then enable it in Settings → Modules.
Services and Rentals require a base plan with Customers enabled. Other connections are optional. HR-only plans are not eligible.
