Build your first wholesale catalogue with clear product identities, units, prices and delivery terms. Use this checklist before submitting it for review.

Begin with the lines you can supply consistently. A shop needs to recognize the exact product, understand the order size and know whom to contact. Five accurate listings are more useful than a long catalogue with uncertain prices. Use your business name and current contact details in the supplier profile; publishing these details requires your explicit consent.
For a one-kilogram rice bag, state the brand and bag size in the name, choose the correct base unit and add the GTIN if you have one. If each bag is one unit and a carton holds six bags, the pack quantity is six. State the minimum quantity in that same unit. Add the unit price, tax treatment, delivery charge, lead time, availability and offer expiry. A price per carton presented as a price per bag will make the comparison misleading.

Submit both the business profile and selected listings for review in Supplier Market. Publication is not automatic and does not guarantee sales. Open the public listing after approval and read it as a shop would. If the price, contact details or terms change, update them; edits go through review again. Withdraw a line you no longer supply instead of leaving buyers to discover the problem after requesting it.
A brand account is required to list. Normal subscription and account-retention rules apply; this is not a permanent free supplier account.
