UAE labour law (Federal Decree-Law 33 of 2021, article 19): hours past the normal day are paid at least 25% more, at least 50% more between 10 pm and 4 am; work on the rest day earns another rest day or at least 50% more. Overtime should not pass 2 hours a day. A finish earlier than the start is the next morning. A calculator, not legal advice.
