- The program licence is perpetual for one register PC and can be moved to a new PC with a release code. No reverse engineering, sharing or key generators.
- CreekPOS Online is billed monthly in advance. Late payment leads to a grace period and then read-only access; exports keep working. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
- You own your data and can export it. We are not tax advisors: how you configure VAT and invoices is your responsibility.
- Liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous twelve months. UAE law applies.
